Musician Line-up
We aim to create a unique event & bring
multidisciplinary artists together to network
and share experiences in sound. Not only will
it be an ideal event for a community of people
who share one global idea about sound, but it
will also complement the missing components
in the mood of the city.
Sofie Birch – Copenhagen based sound artist and com-
poser Sofie Birch works primarily with syn-
thesizers and field recordings to create
ambient and melodic sound collages. Her
techniques of exploration move between
improvisation, analogue synthesis and in-
strumental experiments which carefully
fuse into soothing minimal soundscapes.
Romeo Poirie – French “sound artist” Romeo Poirie works
as a lifeguard and records experimen-
tal ambient work in his spare time. For
example, his debut EP “Surfaces” un-
der the nickname Swim Platførm was re-
corded in Romeo’s four favourite pools.
Burago – is a producer, promoter and a
drummer for the noise rock band Mid-
nite Cobras. While being influenced by
ambient and dub traditions, his solo pro-
ject exists on the margins of those gen-
res — the result is multifaceted, poly-
rhythmic music that was released via
the Japanese City-2 St. Giga and How
To Dress Well’s new label Helpful Music.
Ultrafog – is an ambient musician from Ja-
pan who creates dreamy, atmospheric
soundscapes. His music is characterized
by ethereal textures, delicate melodies,
and the use of field recordings and found
sounds. Ultrafog draws inspiration from
nature and dreams to create deeply in-
trospective and calming music that has
garnered a dedicated following among
fans of ambient and experimental music.
